FreeBizTools is designed to keep launch-version tool workflows private by processing files and form values in your browser.
Invoice data, supplier details, customer details, paycheck inputs, compatible PDFs, images, and QR content are processed locally in your browser for the launch tools. Uploaded files are not sent to a FreeBizTools server unless a future tool clearly says so before processing.
Analytics are disabled unless an environment variable enables them. If analytics are configured, we only track non-sensitive events such as tool opened, output generated, file type processed, export downloaded, and related tool clicked. Analytics does not track invoice contents, customer names, supplier names, uploaded file contents, addresses, phone numbers, bank details, or spreadsheet data.
The site may use local storage for preferences such as theme and accepting the cookie notice. It does not use local storage for invoice, customer, supplier, bank, payroll, or uploaded file contents. No account system exists in this launch version unless it is added and disclosed later.
